Refund policy

Return window. We generally accept returns within 30 days. If you are outside this window or have a special circumstance, please contact hello@thepiecefulproject.com.

What cannot be returned. Minifigures, Used LEGO, and collectibles (think Pokemon, MTG, Lorcana, SWU, etc.) are final sales. This is to protect the integrity of our product. We will buy back minifigures, Used LEGO, and other collectibles as a part of our used buy process.

New item condition. All new items must be in the same condition as when you bought them. Games, puzzles, LEGO, etc., cannot be opened, nor can the boxes be banged up, etc. Sometimes we know Pokemon cards, as an example, aren't what you wanted once you open the package. Unfortunately, we cannot accept opened items as a return.

Online returns. If you buy online, you are responsible for return shipping unless in the case of our error. There is also a 15% restocking fee for online orders. The restocking fee is waived if store credit is elected as the refund method. Please email hello@thepiecefulprojet.com for approval and the preferred method of payment before returning product.

Sealed product mishaps. If a sealed product contains missing or damaged parts, you will have to contact the manufacturer to correct the problem. Please notify The Pieceful Project if help is needed locating the manufacturer.

Order cancellation. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund.

Pre-orders. When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect your payment at the time of checkout and will securely hold your funds until the product is released. You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once you cancel your order the price that you had of the pre-order is no longer available and future purchases of the product will be available at the current listed price. To cancel a pre-order, please email us with your order number at hello@thepiecefulproject.com.
