Alice is Missing: A Silent Role Playing Game
Alice is Missing: A Silent Role Playing Game
Something happened to Alice Briarwood. She was a high school junior in the quiet Northern California town of Silent Falls, and now she's gone. It's up to you and your friends to figure out what happened to her.
Alice is Missing is a silent role-playing game played entirely through text messages. No one talks out loud. For 90 minutes, you and up to four friends type to each other in real time, piecing together clues, making accusations, and uncovering the truth. A licensed atmospheric soundtrack plays the whole time, and the experience lands somewhere between a thriller novel and a collaborative puzzle.
There's no game master and no dice. One player facilitates, everyone else participates equally, and the story builds entirely from what you and your friends type to each other. It's intense, it's intimate, and it works just as well over video chat as it does in person at your kitchen table.
