Blood on the Clocktower
Blood on the Clocktower
Somebody in Ravenswood Bluff is a demon, and everybody else has to figure out who before the body count gets too high. Blood on the Clocktower turns a whole table, five people all the way up to twenty, into a living mystery: some of you are lying, one of you is a monster wearing a friendly face, and the rest of you have to sort fact from fiction fast enough to survive the night.
What sets it apart from other social deduction games is that dying does not mean sitting quietly for the rest of the evening. Ghosts still get a vote. Ghosts still get to scheme. Nobody gets bored waiting for the game to end, which is exactly why it picked up Tabletop Gaming's Best Party Game award and a runner-up spot at the Golden Geek Awards.
- One Storyteller runs the game like a game master, using the included grimoire to track secret roles and guide each night phase
- Comes with three full scripts, Trouble Brewing, Bad Moon Rising, and Sects and Violets, each with its own cast of characters and its own flavor of chaos
- Scales from an intimate five-player table to a full twenty-person party, with the same box covering both
- No board, no dice, just conversation, suspicion, and the occasional very convincing lie
