Bulbasaur 133/132 Mega Evolution Box Topper Stamped Promo (Sealed) - NM

This is the Bulbasaur that used to sit on top of a Mega Evolution Enhanced Booster Box, and it has never left its wrapper. Card 133/132 is an Illustration Rare with a promo stamp, so it's numbered past the main set, made for collectors who want the first Grass starter in a version most booster boxes never had.

It's still factory sealed and in Near Mint condition, ready for a binder page, a top loader, or a trip to the grading company.
