Part story, part game, part game-design classroom, Design Your Destiny: Running Out of Time hands you a sci-fi adventure about Charlie and Natalie, two kids racing to stop the invention of time travel, and then lets you rebuild the games inside it.

Every few chapters you'll play a game as the main characters. The catch: each one is intentionally broken. The book walks you through why it doesn't work and gives you full creative freedom to fix it, tweak it, or rebuild it into something better. Complete tasks, earn stickers, and repair the time machine to unlock the story's final chapter.
