GAME RENTAL - COSMOLANCER

Cosmolancer is a fast-paced, cutthroat sci-fi tabletop board game for 2 to 4 players designed by legendary designer Reiner Knizia and published by Hasbro/Avalon Hill (released July 2025). Reimagining Knizia’s classic tile-placement game Kingdoms, you play as rival freelance cosmic photographers ("Cosmolancers") trying to snap lucrative photos of space phenomena while sabotaging your opponents. Played over three quick rounds on a grid-based board, players take turns either placing their colored wooden cameras or drawing and placing tiles. These tiles feature high-value "Photo Ops" (which add points) or dangerous "Hazards" and "Black Holes" (which subtract points). Once the grid is full, each row and column's net tile value is calculated and multiplied by the number of cameras a player has there. The goal is to rake in the most Interstellar Credits, but placing cameras makes you a prime target for rivals to drop devastating negative tiles in your rows and tank your score.
