Grab a controller from memory and press start. The LEGO® Super Mario World: Mario & Yoshi display model turns the pixel art of the classic 16 bit side scroller into a 1,215 piece brick sculpture, with caped Mario riding Yoshi just like the original sprites. Turn the handle on the side and Yoshi breaks into his running animation; rotate the dial behind his head and his tongue pops in and out.
This is a build for anyone who spent whole weekends on the couch with a Super Nintendo, and it stands over 15.5 in. (40 cm) tall on its own sturdy base, ready for a bookshelf, a desk, or the spot right next to the old console. An Action Tag on the base even lets interactive LEGO Mario, Luigi, or Peach figures (sold separately) react to the model.
