Night at the Zoo

Every animal in the zoo sneaks out after dark, and it's up to the players to walk them home before the keepers notice anyone's missing. Night at the Zoo is designer Tomas Holek's (Galileo Galilei, Tea Garden, SETI) tile drafting take on the classic "animals on the loose" premise, with each round spent drafting terrain tiles and slotting them into your own private zoo map.

The trick is that every animal moves differently: cheetahs jump, penguins slide in straight lines, and sloths shuffle one space at a time, half the time asleep. Each game only uses three of the six available animals, so the puzzle changes shape every time you play, and a built in solo mode means the box doesn't have to wait for a full table.
