Each player receives 6 booster packs from OP-16: The Time of Battle. Build a 40-card deck plus a 10 DON!! card deck from your opened packs. There are no banned or restricted cards and no 4-copy limit — you may include as many copies of a card with the same card number as you open. Leftover cards not used in your deck are treated as sideboard cards.

Cards opened at this event are tournament legal from the pre-release date at your LGS. Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours in advance of the event. You must play the full event in order to get the pre-release boosters and goodies.
