A three-headed hydra rolling three dice at once sounds like chaos, and Reef & Ruins turns that chaos into the whole game: each head wants something different, sending your crew into shipwrecks for treasure, enchanting what you find, or dispatching otters out to the reef for pearls. Getting all three to agree, even occasionally, is where the real puzzle lives.
