The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers Trick-Taking Game
The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers Trick-Taking Game
The journey continues. The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers Trick-Taking Game picks up right where The Fellowship of the Ring left off — and it might be even better.
As the party splinters across Middle-earth, you'll play through 17 narrative chapters spanning three storylines: Merry and Pippin's capture, Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimli's legendary stand at Helm's Deep, and Frodo and Sam's perilous trek toward Mordor with the ever-slippery Gollum at their side. Each chapter drops you into a key moment from Tolkien's novel, with story text pulled directly from the book to set the scene.
New characters bring new mechanics — Burden tokens weigh on Frodo, the White and Black Tower cards can cancel each other out, and Orcs cards add rising dread to every hand. The beloved stained-glass art from the first game returns, illustrated by Elaine Ryan, making every card a small work of beauty.
