Vineyard is a 1 to 4 player shared worker placement game from Pencil First Games. Rather than controlling your own worker, all players collectively move the same set of workers around the vineyard, which means every turn sets something up for someone. The challenge is in timing: knowing when to act, when to let someone else do the heavy lifting, and how to build your own upgrade path to make your moves matter more than theirs.
From harvesting and cultivating grapes to fermenting, aging, and loading barrels onto the truck, the full winemaking journey plays out on the table. Visitor cards, improvements, and upgrades add depth and personalization to every playthrough, and the solo mode gives you a quiet afternoon in wine country all to yourself.
